Refund policy

Orders can be exchanged or refunded if the item is damaged/missing/wrong within 10 days of delivery made. All refunds, returns and exchanges require the customer to return the items to a given shipping address. We ask items be returned within 5 days of return shipping label is sent, 

After placing an order customer can request changes and cancellations up to 3 days after placing the order. Once the factory has received payment for the item(s) and has shipped it to our supplier's office we can not make further changes due to items not allowed to be returned to the factory. Any returns or exchanges will only be accepted once the item(s) have been delivered to the customer.
